DAY 01 : ARRIVE DELHI
Upon arrival met and transfer to Hotel. Day at leisure in delhi with a sight-seeing tour of old and new Delhi.

DAY 02 : DELHI - MANDAWA (BY SURFACE)
Leave delhi after breakfast by private coach to mandawa (approximately 6 hours). On arrival checkinto the hotel Evening at leisure

DAY 03 : PAINTING COURSE BEGINS
Painting at the castle and village. Demonstration and individual instruction. Critique before going to dinner.

DAY 04 : DAY PAINTING AT FATEHPUR
Leave after breakfast For a day at fatehpur. Demonstration in situ followed by individual instruction. Packed lunch and free afternoon. Return to mandawa late afternoon. Critique before dinner.

DAY 05 : DAY PAINTING AT RAMGRATH
Leave Mandawa after breakfast (25 minutes drive). Demonstration in situ. Individual tuition where needed. Packed lunch and free afternoon. Return to Mandawa in the later afternoon. Critique before dinner.

DAY 06 : DAY PAINTING AT JHUNJHUNU
Leave after breakfast for 40 minutes drive. Demonstration in situ and individual tuition where needed. Packed lunch and a free afternoon. Late afternoon return to Mandawa. Crique before dinner.

DAY 07 : MORNING AT MANDAWA
Lecture or demonstration, then painting or at leisure around Mandawa. Leave for Mukundgadh after lunch a 15 minutes drive. Individual instruction where needed. Return early evening in time for dinner

DAY 08 : SAMODE
Transfer from Mandawa to Samode in our private coach (3 hours drive) with a stop en route at Sikar to sketch and have lunch. Checkin at Samode palace. Dinner.

DAY 09 : SAMODE
Painting at the palace and village with demonstration and individual tuition. Critique before dinner.

DAY 10 : DAY PAINTING AT AMBER FORT
Leaving after Breakfast. Individual tuition where needed. Packed lunch and a free afternoon. Return Later afternoon in time for dinner.

DAY 11 : DAY AT SAMODE
A free day this can be combined with a camel safari and farm lunch in Samode village.

DAY 12 : AGRA
Leave Samode after breakfast for Agra. visiting Fatehpur Sikri en route. Arrive late afternoon and checkin at hotel.

DAY 13 : DAY IN AGRA & EVENING IN DELHI
Leave for an early morning visit to the Taj Mahal followed by a sight-seeing tour of the Red Fort, the tomb of itimadu duala etc. The rest of the day free for independent activity. Leave Agra late Afternoon for special dinner at the hotel in Delhi before transferring the International Airport.

DAY 01 : ARRIVE DELHI

DAY 03 : MORNING TALK
About Awadhi breakfast by the Chef, followed by visit to chowk vegetable market. Visit to the bara and chota iamambara for sightseeing. Cookery demonstration by theur masterchef and a speech on Awadhi cuisine by guest speaker. Followed by an Evening themed Awadhi dinner.

DAY 04 : MORNING LECTURE ON MILK AND MILK BASED PREPRATIONS IN THE CUISINE
Cultural tour of La martinire and the residency. Visit to a Spice market.
Afternoon hands on cooking for the guests Followed by a special meeting with his excellency the present nawab of Awadh.

DAY 05 : MORNING TALK AND DEMONSTRATIONS
Morning talk and demonstrations on kebabs of Lucknow followed by visit to tooriya ganj and rakangani. Rest of the day at Leisure.

DAY 06 : MORNING EXPRESS TRAIN TO AGRA
Morning express train to Agra.Afternoon at leisure at the hotel.

DAY 07 : MORNING FOOD TALK
Morning food talk and demonstration by Chef on traditional food including specialities for breakfast.
Afternoon visit to the fabled Taj Mahal Evening themed mughal dinner.

DAY 08 : MORNING TALK AND FOOD DEMONSTRATION ON DINNERS
Morning talk and food demonstration on dinners followed by afternoon visit to the Red Fort and second visit to Taj Mahal.

DAY 09 : DAWN VISIT OF TAJ MAHAL
Dawn visit of Taj Mahal by cycle rickshaws (optional) coach drive to jaipur with visit enroute to akbar's fort at Fatehpur Sikri.
Rest of the day at leisure at the Jai Mahal Palace.

DAY 10 : MORNING TALK AND DEMONSTRATION
Morning talk and demonstration by chef on the influence of food in Rajasthan. After lunch visit to the Amber Fort including an elephant ride.

DAY 11 : MORNING VISIT TO LOCAL MARKETS
Morning visit to local markets with time for shopping and sightseeing. Later afternoon drive to choki dhani a local cultural complex and sample a traditional rustic Rajasthan Meal with folk music and dances.

DAY 12 : DAY AT LEISURE
Day at leisure in Jaipur to explore the colour bazaars of the pink city Afternoon express train to Delhi. Stay at hotel.

DAY 13 : DAY FOR INDEPENDENT ACTIVITIES
Day for independent activities and shopping etc in Delhi later evening departure for International Airport.
